Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping
Europe:
All orders within Europe are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs for orders within Europe are €5 for standard shipping.
We offer free shipping for orders over €50.
Please note that delays may occur during busy periods (e.g., holidays). We strive to deliver your order on time, but cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
Rest of the World:
For countries outside of Europe, shipping costs are €5. You will see the shipping costs during the checkout process.
International orders are processed within 5-20 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.
Please be aware that additional customs duties or taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Returns & Exchanges
General Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with the original tags attached.
Items that are damaged or altered cannot be returned.
Europe:
In Europe, customers can return items within the statutory period of 14 days after receiving the order.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns can be made using the carrier of your choice. Please ensure you obtain proof of shipping for any loss claims.
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via strave.antwerp@gmail.com. We will provide a solution, including covering the return costs.
Rest of the World:
Outside of Europe, the same return conditions apply as in Europe, but return shipping will be at the customer's own expense, except in cases where we have made a mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item received).
Customers outside of Europe should be aware that return shipping costs may be higher. We recommend choosing the most affordable shipping option and always keeping proof of shipment.
3. Warranty & Defective Items
European Legislation:
If an item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of receipt, in accordance with European legislation.
In the event of defects or damage to the item upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible via [email] and we will resolve the issue, including offering a replacement item or a full refund.
Rest of the World:
Outside of Europe, warranty conditions are governed by the local legislation of the country where the customer resides. If an item is defective, please contact us via [email] to discuss the issue.
4. Exclusions & Limitations
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return request if the returned items do not meet our return conditions
